My Journey
I have always believed that history is more than just names and dates—it's a story that helps us understand our world. With over 8 years of classroom experience in public schools, I've had the privilege of guiding hundreds of students through the rigorous New York State Social Studies curriculum.
My teaching career has taken me from Great Neck to Smithtown and Elwood, where I've taught everything from 7th-grade Social Studies to AP U.S. Government & Politics. I've seen firsthand where students struggle, whether it's decoding a complex DBQ or managing the anxiety of a Regents exam.
My Philosophy
Personalized Support
Every student learns differently. I tailor my sessions to fit individual learning styles, ensuring that concepts click and confidence grows.
Skill-Based Learning
It's not just about memorizing facts. I focus on building essential skills—critical thinking, evidence-based writing, and effective study habits.
